L. Perez & Sons have been growing fine wine grapes in the Napa Valley since 1935. In 1985, we began producing our own wine from our grapes, a Chardonnay, and in 2001 we added our Zinfandel; in 2003 our Cabernet. We're a multi-generation family who care about wine. We invite you to bring our tradition of fine wine home to your table.

Lucio D. Perez settled in the Napa Valley in the early 1930s as an agricultural laborer. He soon began managing and leasing vineyards and shortly thereafter, purchased his own. His lifelong experiences in agricultural management have been passed on to his son, Ezequiel, and to his grandson, "Cio" Perez. Other family members also contribute to the operation of the family vineyards; to preservation of family traditions and to ensure future Perez Family Wines uphold the same philosophy.

In 1985, the Perez family set a goal to produce sophisticated style wines at reasonable prices. Their classically styled wines capture the quintessence of their grapes. The winemaking philosophy is to have the distinct varietal fruit flavors as the fundamental component in their wines, with delicately balanced oak nuances in the background.
