Winemaking

Cio Perez holds a B.S. degree in viticulture and enology from the University of California at Davis. He, along with his father, Ezequiel, are involved with all aspects of growing the fruit, from pruning to picking. Cio oversees the wine production and directs its processing until it finally arives into the bottle.
