In 1985, the Perez family set a goal to produce sophisticated style wines a reasonable prices. Their classically styled wines capture the quintessence of their grapes. The wine making philospophy is to have the distinct varietal fruit flavors as the fundamental component in their wines, with delicately balanced oak nuances in the background.
The Chardonnay is crisp and packed with varietal flavors of green apple, grapefruit, lemon and pear, and gold straw in color. Extended time on the lees gives the Chardonnay a lush, full bodied character. The Chardonnay is a delightful wine served on its own or with creamy pastas, succulent seafood, and grilled or roasted fowl.

The Zinfandel is fresh and rich in varietal fruit flavors of blackberry, raspberry and black cherry, with hints of cinnamon and clove, and deep garnet in color. The Zinfandel is a fantastic wine served with spicy pastas, red meats, outdoor barbecues, or even by itself.
